Backstory
Kaelen Vashti served as a skilled sharpshooter in the planetary militia for a few years before dropping out. Now Kaelen, a skilled artisan in a small yet thriving community on the edge of the Forge is known for his artistic knick-knacks that the community sold to off-planet traders. But this tranquility was shattered when the Crimson Reavers, a ruthless band of raiders, descended upon his settlement, leaving behind a trail of fire and despair. Wraith, who had been off-planet during that raid, returned home to find his home reduced to ashes and comrades slaughtered.
Having lost everything - his home, his purpose, his identity and driven by an all-consuming thirst for vengeance, he shed his old life and embraced the mantle of Wraith, transforming from a peaceful artisan into a seasoned bounty hunter and a deadly sniper.
Wraith travels the Forge aboard the Silent Fury, a sleek and stealthy starship acquired through a contact in the underworld. His pursuit of the Crimson Reavers led them to the darkest corners of the Forge, taking on dangerous contracts that brought him closer to his ultimate goal – the annihilation of those who destroyed everything he held dear.
During his travels, while exploring the ruins of a Precursor facility searching for information about the Crimson Reavers, Wraith encountered a sprite trapped within a damaged containment field. The sprite's crystalline form resonated with a plea for help, a call Wraith couldn't ignore. Sensing a kindred spirit, a being also marked by loss and isolation, Wraith disabled the field, freeing Whisper.
Whisper, bound by a debt of gratitude, pledged loyalty to Wraith. Its unique abilities, navigating tight spaces, bypassing security systems, and gathering information covertly, made it the perfect partner for the lone wolf hunter.
